Ronald L. Chastain was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 4^th. 1941. Ron married Patricia on December 9^th. 1961. Patricia K Hall was from Pendleton County Kentucky. Ron and Patricia had 5 children, David now deceased, Matthew, Mark, Brendon and Elizabeth. Ron graduated Cumberland College in 1971 with a BA in History. In 1976 Ron also got his Master of  Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ron has pastured at several churches from Northside Baptist in Barbourville, KY to some local churches including 2^nd 12 Mile Baptist, Hebron Baptist and Pleasant Ridge Baptist. Ron has served as Director of Missions for Crittenden Baptist Association for 19 years.

  Ron is now serving as Interim pastor for Piner Baptist Church.
